This notice applies to the Fertivero global website. Fertivero has its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this notice, “we” means Fertivero.

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, country, enquiry type and message.

Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. We use a short-lived, anonymised form of your IP address to stop automated submissions.

On the live website, we may use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies. These analytics count page visits without identifying you.

We use your enquiry details to reply to you and to discuss a possible business relationship. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

We process enquiry data because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. Where your enquiry concerns a possible contract, we process it to take steps before a contract.

The Fertivero team that handles your enquiry receives your information. Service providers that host the website and deliver form submissions process it for us.

We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to our use of it. To make a request, use the contact form and select “Other”.
